ONT has red flashing LOS.

Cannot update my mobile in this profile as I am not connecting via talk talk.

Report a fault on website goes to Test Connection which does not work and then chat to team button which is inoperable.

Can you log/confirm that a fault is logged. Provide information as to the general nature of the fault.
