Whilst reaching for the phone I got a call from said Openreach engineer to say he was attending today to carry out a survey, not installation. At the same time I got a text to say that the problem was 'fixed' and that my new go live was 27 March. This process started on 9 Jan. On contacting TT ( for over an hour) including complaints I got nothing but weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth, but ultimately no resolution. Thoroughly pee'd off.
