Hi,

Unfortunately we can't do this from here. It would be worth trying this as this may reset the current session and sometimes increase the throughput speeds if the sync speed has increased. Would it be possible to do this at some point today?

Thanks

Hi,

my fibre contract was changed from 500 to 900 a couple of days ago, my account says 900, however my download speeds are the same as before (500mbps). The upload seems to have improved (120mbps). Can somebody look at this please - don't want to be paying for a service that I'm not getting.

thanks

Morning,

Have you tried powering down the ONT and router for a full 30 minutes and then retested the speeds again?

Thanks

I've reset it for 5 minutes but not for 30. If i turn it off for 30 minutes there will be rioting in the house!

Nothing you can do from your end?
