    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, well back to the free upgrade to future fibre well guess&amp;nbsp; what everyone its not free, this has been going on since September 2022 , so talk talk have not got my bill correct since my swap to future fibre, i have been trying to get them to correct it, they tell me every time they try to correct it they say i have renew&amp;nbsp; my contract to enable&amp;nbsp; them to correct my bill,so of course you have to do it but they still have not corrected my bill, and i thought i was talking to the future fibre C E O Team just found i was not talking to the future fibre, so now i am talking to future fibre team but they have been no help at all, they are trying to say because i accepted the contract i can only have it at £28.00 per month as i told them i was told this was a free upgrade but they are not interested have any of you guys actually had a free upgrade to future fibre&amp;nbsp; it would be nice to hear your opinions on this matter thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
