Hi,

Today I had Fibre 900 installed but the WiFi seems to be running at only 94 mbps both upload and download. The eero app says the wired data rate is only 100 mbps.

Check that you are using at least a Cat5e ethernet cable.

I’m using the ethernet cable that came in the box and the engineer set it up.

Update.

I’ve just spent 1 hour speaking to live chat and going through trouble shooting only to be disconnected without solving the issue. I’m wondering if I have not yet been switched over to fibre 900 as my old router is still running simultaneously on fibre 65.

Hello,

Can I just confirm, what speeds do you see if you run a wired speed test directly at the ONT with the eero removed? Have you also tried powering down the ONT and eero for a full 30 minutes and then retested the speeds again?
