      <title>Unable to log into account to report broadband is down</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The connection has been down since Wednesday of last week (now is 6 days) and I noticed on that day that I couldn't also log into my account. It tells me "&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry - for technical or security reasons we cannot log you in. Please &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.talktalk.co.uk/login" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;refresh&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; and try again." but nothing seems to work (refreshing or resetting password). &amp;nbsp;How can I speak to someone?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
