    <description>&lt;P&gt;Update : I have been able to connect the Eero box successfully now after a number of attempts and I have internet access restored.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have not turned on the old internet router and will leave that switched off so I can't be sure if that is still not working.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This case can be closed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi team&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An engineer left my property at 3pm today after installing Fibre.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The connection wasn't checked before they left and I can't connect to it, and at 4pm my old internet stopped working.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Can someone please help.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So now I have no internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mike&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
