Hi I've had a text message through today saying my order cancelled,I've not even placed an order,,could someone please tell me if this is spam or serious?

The web address would appear to be genuine, @Peter10, as per this thread:

However, simply type in the letters yourself rather than clicking on the link.

You'll see slightly different opening hours for the Future Fibre number.

Gor through to someone online chat,usual story,half an hour wasted,to be told to ring sales maybe they can help out,I think is a very poor service to be sent a text message to tell me they cancelling on me, ridiculous,I'm in contact with them till 2024,so does this mean they pay me out ?

Thanks for your post.

The message must has been sent in error, you are not in a Future fibre area, and just to confirm there is no cancellation on your account.

Can you PM me the number it came from and if possible a screenshot.
