      <title>PON light flashing green</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, I got full fibre 2 days ago and it hasn't worked. The PON light is flashing green and eero 6 can't connect to the internet. My old connection has been cut off despite being told it wouldn't be. Yesterday I was told a ticket would be raised with back office which could take 5 working days to be looked at. I called for an update today and was told there was no record of the ticket.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
