      <title>Network Connectivity Issues for CityFibre Customers in Poole</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From about 5pm today our internet has been down. We have tried all the usual measures (resetting devices, routers etc.) but have not had any luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've used the live chat feature with your full fibre technical team and have run a network connection test. I was also informed that a number of CityFibre customers in my town of Poole, Dorset are also having this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An engineer is visiting on 5th September but wanted to post on here as you've been amazing before when it comes to technical faults discussed on this forum. I was wondering if you could also look into the issue to see if there are any other potential resolutions to this connectivity issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nikki&lt;/P&gt;</description>
