    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I currently have a fault on my FTTP line. It's been total loss since Tuesday morning. I have the openreach fault refs but have no way to check them, and the ETA is pushed out everytime I have had someone check. It is an MSO for Aintree exchange, surely I'm not the only one impacted by this? To have total loss of FTTP for 5 days and counting is unacceptable. Can anybody here check the current status if I supply the refs??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
