    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Toiletrage,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The fault light just means that the AA battery backup isn't working but it doesn't cause a problem unless you have a power cut.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The LOS should be blank and only lights up to indicate a problem (Loss Of Service).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, the PON light should be on, it's not in your picture, which is a problem.&amp;nbsp; It should be steady or blinking but not completely off.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; It means that you're not getting through to the network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
