In the last few weeks we have had Fibre 150 installed replacing fibre 65. Out TV streaming with Fibre 65 was perfect. Since Fibre 150 has been installed our TV regularly buffers. Think our internet service also drops now & then.

Hi Gerro,

Thanks for your post. Can I just confirm, are you using the wifi hub 2 or the eero please?

Thanks

Morning Gerro,

Thanks for confirming. Have you tried powering down the eero and then retesting the speeds again? How many eeros do you have?

TURN IT OFF & ON AGAIN

If everything’s powered and connected, you can try turning your eero off and back on again. It should take about 2 minutes to fully start up. Next, do the same with your modem and wait 30 seconds before switching it back on. Wait until the light on your modem is solid green and the lights on your eero has finished blinking and is solid white before testing your speed again as mentioned above.

Thanks

Michelle

Thanks Michelle,

I've done as you suggest. I'll monitor TV to see if it's cured the problem.
