      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have my new 4k box set up, however, it has to be on maximum volume for me to just hear it. It is very low although it is on the highest level and the volume bar is showing an amber warning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any clues please how I can get the volume working correctly?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As fr8ys advises, check the actual TV Volume is at a good level, if this is set very low, then this will cause this type of issue.&lt;/P&gt;
