&lt;P&gt;Are these speed tests done on a wireless connection? What speeds were you expecting (I have no idea what package you are supposed to be on)? If you have a PC or laptop with an Ethernet connection, try unplugging the cable out of the red WAN port on the router &amp;amp; connect it to the PC. What speeds do you get there?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That sounds like your installation is not completed correctly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first. Please try to &lt;STRONG&gt;avoid posting on here until TalkTalk has responded to you&lt;/STRONG&gt;, otherwise, this will just &lt;STRONG&gt;put you further down the queue&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I can help a lot with wireless reception issues if you want. I will leave it for now, unless you request my help on that thread, which I will subscribe to. Then I will be more than happy to try &amp;amp; improve your problems if WiFi based.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
