      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased full fibre last year and did not receive a voucher as stated, upon contacting the company they require an order reference number starting with the letter N.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot find this anywhere on any emails or under my account on here, please could this be provided?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/40724"&gt;@Arne-TalkTalk&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- I have the same problem - only my broadband started as Shell Broadband.&lt;BR /&gt;I spent some time on the chat the other day to a support person called&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Asisipho.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After half an hour he decided he need to contact Shell and would then get back to me, but he never did.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please can you help?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
