I am trying to register a new account, but once I get to step 4 and press save changes a box pops up that says there is a technical error. I can't get past this, I've tried different passwords, but it makes no difference.

that seems to have done the trick, once into my account it shows two account numbers, one is from an account I had in 2018

The accounts are linked to your address , unfortunately we cant remove it.
