topic No internet Red Eero in Full Fibre

I've had no internet for about 9 hours so far, from around 2am til almost 11am

My eero is red and nothing has changed about it, nothing has been moved or knocked. I reset it anyway just incase, and checked all the wires. But it's fine as it should be. Nobody at talktalk is getting back to me and I'm not really sure what to do anymore.

If your service hasn't resumed yet, have you been in touch with Talk Talk via phone and asked them to run a line test to the router?
