      <title>Splashto isses after full fibre upgrad</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've recently upgraded to full fibre and can't connect to my remote work PC using Splashtop. I could fix this in my previous TT connection FTTC by disabling 'Kid Safe' in my account. However, my account does not yet aknowledge that I am now FTTP full fibre. How can I fix this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was experiencing very poor connection speed (Ethernet &amp;amp; Wifi) and fixed this by disabling SmartByte in my startup processes (msconfig) for anyone else who may have the same issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
