Hi Michelle

I have the one EERO 6 Pro, which was sent to me by TalkTalk ,as you will know it as only got 2 ethernet slots, 1 has an unfortunatly short main cable feed to it and the other my landline is connected to. I connected an ethernet switch to give me more slots, but as I say when I connect my desktop to it the internet goes off ???.

Hi

I migrated from UFO to Fibre900 through CityFibre, a new box was fitted, and I was sent an EERO PRO6 (my landline is connected to this). The problem I am having is when I fit an ethernet cable for upstairs, the internet goes off, my speed upstairs to the desktop is 150 mbps via wi-fi, where as with UFO through ethernet cable it was 950mbps. My issue is now I pay twice as much but am getting less than a third of the speed I was used to

Thanks for any help

Terry

Hi Terry,

Can I just confirm, if you connect the desktop at the eero with the switch removed, does this still happen?

Thanks
