topic installation of broadband line in Full Fibre

On 7th December your engineer attended our house to install a new fibre broadband line. Thais has still not been fully installed and the indicator light on the plug is still flashing. The same engineer attended again and said he would fix the problem "at the pole". He didn't. We have now had 2 visits from Open reach who say the installation has not been done correctly and the line is not at the correct height above the road, the connection has been fixed to our fascia board(UPVC) and apparently shouldn't have been. We are now 14 days down the line and nothing is happening. Fortunately our old copper wire system is still running but I have to say your service so far has not been up to scratch

Hi John,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your service. Could you add your landline telephone number or account number to your community profile and we'll then look into this further.

Thanks

Chris
