My contract runs out in Jan24 and I have several questions and would like to email a human with these questions, can anyone give me an email address please

There is no email address for this, @Kepase.

However, phone in or use Chat.

If you don't like their first offer, hold out for a better deal.

This is far better than renewing through "offers & upgrades" in My Account, where unwanted extras are often thrown in.

Thanks, finally got through on Chat but after 50mins still no clear answer.

Nothing can be firmed up unless you actually clinch a specific deal, @Kepase, at which point there is still time to say No, if need be, rather than Yes when they read the contract out (if on the phone) or at least before finalising the details on Chat.
