      <description>&lt;P&gt;first time use talktalk broadband （500mbs）and some dealer from giganet come and said he would help us change our broadband to giganet （900mbs） but here is the problem about why do we have yo pay for both giganet and talk talk twice？ i though talktalk already know i change the speed but im still under giganet but why still gonna charge my old （500mbs） should i cancel the （500mbs）first then apply the giganet（900mbs）？ i dont know what do. please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
