Full Fibre 150 Being Limited to Two Wifi Connections

Hello

I have recently switched to Talk Talk Full Fibre 150 with the Eero 6 router but I'm only able to connect two wifi devices at a time. Whichever two I connect first seem to connect okay, even though they are very flaky and the connection keeps dropping every few minutes, but all others allow me to connect to the TalkTalk network but just say Connected - No Internet. Very frustrating when the service is supposed to support up to 75 connections at a time.

I'm also unable to chat to technical support online as I keep getting a message saying Go back to the previous page or log in to continue your conversation even though I'm logged in.

Has anyone else experienced these issues?

I'm really sorry to hear this. Can I just confirm, have you also tried resetting the eero and re-set it back up again please?
