I connected all the cables correctly and created an account. I get to the stage where I name my WiFi and created a password while the EERO is blinking blue, then it doesn't find it and gives me this message. Both devices are connected to power but it just doesn't seem to work. Help please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your time Chris really appreciate it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried that but I'm still getting the same error message. It doesn't find a Gateway when it searches using a Bluetooth connection so I scan the serial number instead and then choose the room in which my router is and name my WiFi and set a password. After I do all of that I get that same message I have uploaded yesterday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
