Full fibre go live date for loughborough

Hi. Does anyone know when Loughborough full fibre network will go live? Cityfibre hasn't started the testing phase yet even tho engineers seemed to completed work 3-6months ago. Also I had an email from talktalk to say it's coming to my area 6 months ago! Nothing since.

Like many areas it never seems to happen. I wouldn't reply on information of 6 months etc they just say these things and nothing ever happens. This is the status in many areas throughout the UK
