      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can a COE pick this up. This has been going on since August 23, it is being dealt with as a complaint , but we have been promised a phone call twice and neither have been received. The issue is unresolved and the complaint not concluded.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this isn't resolved, I will be taking this straight to the ombudsman. I have all your emails and failed appts noted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please I just need to speak to Keira from the Burnley office who was dealing with this from last year&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
