    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, in that case, I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the other lights on the ONT are correct, that is not the fibre but an issue between the ONT &amp;amp; the Eero. Have you tried powering both off for at least 30 mins &amp;amp; if still bad, change the Ethernet cable between the two?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Ethernet light is on, I thought that you said it was off. This looks to me like a fibre fault to me. What service are you on full fibre or G.Fast?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Chris, I’ve checked the box connections are all good. I’ve been speaking to tech support daily with still no resolution. I happened to run into a city fibre team outside the house this morning, they weren’t investigating my case but said that a cable had been damaged by some building work in YO31 postcode so grateful if you could add us to the list for repair!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If city fibre have acknowledged an outage in the area, this will affect a number of circuits and they will be working to repair this. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
