Tests look clear. Have you tested another handset or tested your handset at a friends house to make sure it is ok ?

Do you have a 'Test Socket' and have you tested at this ?

My copper landline delivers ok internet, and I can make outgoing calls.

However, I am not receiving incoming calls.

I have removed all hardware from the system, even the wifi router, and an old hard wired phone which is plugged directly into the existing BT socket.

There is a dialing code, but no incoming calls can get through

Can anybody assist please?
