      <description>&lt;P&gt;15 February 2024 @ 0938 to 1045&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been with TalkTalk since 26 September 2006. I always thought that I had a reasonably good service. I have had Full Fibre broadband since the middle of 2018. Since then I have constant trouble with the VoIP landline.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although it has in the past been fixed after about a hour on my mobile phone I am completely frustrated with this last episode. Having been on the phone for 59mins 23secs the was a beep on the mobile and I was cut off. The person at the service end did try to ring me back but after 3 rings cut the call before I could answer. On top of this I have a hearing problem and could not understand what was being said, she had a strong foreign accent and spoke very&amp;nbsp; quick.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why can there not be a call centre in the UK?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
