Received another Router

Hi,

I have just received a new router package from TalkTalk, this appears to have come about because I have taken on a new price package before my existing one finishes in July.

I have a fully working router that is working perfectly at the moment.

My questions are do I set up the new router ? or should it be returned?

Is the new router the same make and model as the old one?

Yes the new router is exactly the same as the existing one, i.e Sagemcom Fast5464-2. T4/AV6/C3.

Thanks for confirming. Did you receive a returns bag with any of the routers? Have you signed up for FTTP?

Hi,

Yes there is a returns bag with the router and I had full fibre installed last year.

Two additional questions, I notice I have been charged £9.50 for p&p will this charge be cancelled as I already have a fully functioning router?

Also should I send back any previous TT router I have had in the past ?

A credit has been applied to your account, you can leave it to be applied to your next bill, or request a refund via My Account.

Can you just confirm if the latest router sent to me should be returned and one other older one I have ?
