&lt;P&gt;You must use a phone call to cancel or to confirm switching companies to ensure that your service ends on the correct date etc.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to call regarding this as I am profoundly deaf, so am hoping to sort things out via this message!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm looking at either upgrading or changing providers as my current deal is coming to an end soon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd like to up my speed from 150Mbs to either 500mb or 900mb dependant on the monthly cost, etc. I do not need a landline anymore as I'm unable to use it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been very happy with TalkTalk for the two years I've been a customer, so am hoping to find out what deals are on offer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reading!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keith Gilbert.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When you log into My Account do you see anything in the offers &amp;amp; upgrades section ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The only other option is to use Live Chat.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
