      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, a company saying they are called City Fibre keep ringing me saying Talk Talk have hired then to update our line to fibre and do I agree. &amp;nbsp;He reckons we have received emails from talktalk saying city fibre will be in touch and it’s free. &amp;nbsp;I have no idea who they are - is this a fake please? Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
