    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem as listed here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Full-Fibre/Eero-Secure-not-activated-on-my-account-Fibre-900/td-p/2977012" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Full-Fibre/Eero-Secure-not-activated-on-my-account-Fibre-900/td-p/2977012&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a new customer to TalkTalk and the advert says Eero Secure is included, but it doesn't seem to be active on my account / this device (it doesn't even appear as an option on the device).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If someone could take a look / help that would be fabulous.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The serial number of the main device is&amp;nbsp;KC7T-0ZTK-BJJC-C1JR.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
