Hello All

In the last few weeks I have had disconnections to my Fibre 65 and after having an engineer here and a new router it has started disconnecting again (4 times already this morning). If I go to full fibre does that give me a completely new line into my house, thus replacing any old line that I maybe having issues with? or does it still use a part of the old system that may or may not have a fault still on it? If it is a completely new connection then I will order it and go with that. I need a stable connection for when I am working from home as I do support for NHS Wa

Full fibre uses totally new fibre optic direct to your house. None of the old wiring is used at all, except in some cases where, if you have a landline, the new Digital Voice is not compatible with your landline phones (alrms etc).
