FTTP Static IP

I have multiple web servers hosted in data centres and currently use IP white listing as one of my layers of security. To achieve this I use a third party VPN provider who allocate static IPs. I'd rather not have to rely on a 3rd part to achieve this and would prefer a static allocated IP on my home broadband.

I spoke to support earlier today and was provided multiple knowledge base articles around setting up static IPs on my home network, but nothing concrete on whether global static IPs are possible.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get a static IP address with TalkTalk FTTP?

Just to advise, we don't offer a fixed static IP address.

Why not use a DDNS domain, they track changes in the router's WAN IP address.

Looking at this old thread, sounds as if one may have to find a new provider if wanting static IP without a business connection, will continue researching some of the available providers, starting with those listed below:

Hi @NChavez

As I said in my last post to the OP, why not simply use DDNS, then you don't need a static IP address at all.
