Full Fibre 150 worse than Faster Fibre

Recently had Full Fibre 150 installed - I previously had Faster Fibre which was fine but just wanted to upgrade. I now struggle to get my phone connected in my bedroom and conservatory and my children struggle too. The Full Fibre 150 just seems so slow compared to my previous broadband. Any ideas what to do? I live in a small terraced house so shouldn't be distance from eero box issues

The eero is notoriously poor for wifi coverage when used as a single unit, it is very much designed to be used as part of a mesh system which could cost you more for additional units. Do you still have an old TalkTalk Hub with a WAN port? if so, you may find that works much better.

Had a leaflet through the door a out upgrading.

Read posts like yours and started to wonder how good ewro was.

I'm not a fan of Trustpilot myself, it's dominated by whingers., like most social media. My views are born out of personal experience.
