    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Good News Story!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switched to Fibre 150 from copper some time ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;TT provided Eero router and GrandStream VOIP adapter 'free of charge'.&lt;BR /&gt;I purchased from eBay a second router (to ensure a strong signal at the other end of the house) and an ethernet switch (£10) to allow wired ethernet connection to 2 PCs, digital alarm, smart heating etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used my existing wireless Panasonic analogue phone with 3 handsets which is attached to the GrandStream adapter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Download speed &amp;gt;100Mbps; upload about 29.&lt;BR /&gt;Quality of voice on analogue phone is perfect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Installed TT Digital Voice on Android phone - sound quality not perfect but very useful to receive 'landline' calls to my mobile when away from home.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Friends using other suppliers don't seem to have been given the option of retaining their landline number as part of the standard package, nor the Digital Voice facility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When contract came up for renewal, TT's quote was very competitively priced.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;One Problem&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Landline voice stopped working, solved by powering down VOIP adapter for 30 mins and reconnecting. This has happened twice over a period of about 3 years. I reported the problem on the Community Blog and TT got back with the solution the same day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
