I'll request TalkTalk Community Support to liaise with you to book a suitable time period for the Openreach work. Heads up that it may not be possible to set a specific date as this type of work is fitted in with Openreach commitments in your area but Openreach will contact you prior to a visit.

There's a one-off charge that was £128.40 and this will be confirmed to you prior to agreeing to place the order with Openreach. I've assumed from your description that it is just the internal ONT (small white box indoors) that needs moving to another room and not the external Customer Splice Point (mid sized grey box) that requires moving?
