Hi, we have no internet this morning , our hub is showing a red light, I have tried all the usual things, any ideas ?

Have you powered down the router and ONT for 30 minutes to clear the session ?

Also, what lights are on the ONT ?

Ahhhh yes, sorry Karl I was about to message back, it's come back on now, thank you.....I was being a bit hasty imagining the family moaning all Easter 😆
