Eero secure not showing on app

Hello, on the eero app under the discover section I don’t have the eero secure option, as this is free how do I fix this issue, I’ve seen a few posts about this on the forum from other users that had the same issue.

Name
TalkTalk Telephone number or Account number
Alternative contact number
