      <title>No internet after upgrading fibre package</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;5 days ago I made the upgrade to fibre 500 from fibre 65, I switched to the eero that was shipped out 2 days ago. I was getting the same speeds as before so I called them up and they claimed to have made a manual upgrade to the fibre 500 as apparently I had 2 existing packages on my account that was delayed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I have no internet at all, and no indication if this is from the upgrade process as my account still says fibre 65. Please help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
