I reported a fault on Thursday and a CityFibre engineer came out the next day. He said that another team would need to come out to do the repair but I now have no way of checking the status of this fault. How do I track issues like this when I can’t speak to anyone on the phone and the live chat and Twitter DMs go unanswered?

I'm really sorry to hear this.

Please can you add your name, TalkTalk account number and FTTP order number to your Community Profile, we can then take a look at this for you.

Thanks
