    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve spent at least a week trying to cancel my add on for now TV every time either talking to someone who either doesn’t understand what I want ( NowTV packages cancelled) you would have thought this a straight forward request!! After five people and even an offer the change my payment a month. Which I accepted and a called back from a manager from India I believe. Absolutely 0 has happened!! I used to be able to cancel NowTv with Now themselves. However since Talktalk took charge it’s become a &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pile_of_poo:"&gt;💩&lt;/span&gt;show..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can’t afford the package so all I want to do is cancel and get my Talktalk broadband for the price I was told..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;last time I looked I spoke English and so so did those I’ve had contact with so where is the NowTv cancelled and my broadband given to me for my next bill..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im honestly sick to crying now and really need this sorted before I have a complete meltdown. I’ve been made redundant this week which they know and I get virtually nothing for this..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im already on antidepressants and my anxiety is hitting new heights. Please can someone help me&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now TV boosts have been cancelled however, NOW TV bill in advance so a cancellation does not happen immediately.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For example, if you took out NOW TV on the 12th of the Month, then cancel on the 20th of the Month, NOW Boosts remain active until the 11th of the following month.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your Boosts have been cancelled and are due to end on the 7th of May for Now Entertainment and 8th May for Now Cinema.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
