Is there anyone else experiencing a very slow connection using Supersafe on adroid and also virus scanning stops before completion etc

Hi Boffee, if you're still having problems it would be worth removing and reinstalling the software.

Has been interesting. Both my partners Motorola g8 and my Motorola g82 had this problem. The safe browsing was extremely slow. bank warning and virus scanning stopped. The virus scan would stop at about 5-10% and say incomplete.

I did reinstall Supersafe but it made no difference.

After lots of playing I noticed that each time a ran a virus scan the percentage scanned gradually increased before stopping and saying incomplete. I must have scanned about 20-30 times before I reached 100% and got the green tick and complete - safe browsing, banking etc and subsequent scans now ok. Did the same on my partners phone to get it all working

So OK now but don't understand why this happened and why repeat scanning solved the problem

Thanks for the update Keith. That sounds like a memory/cache issue. When you ran the scans the phones didn't have lots already open did they?
