Full fibre losing signal

With my previous talk talk Internet service I could go out into my garden & use my WiFi & now the weather is good, I would like to do the same.

But as soon as I step out my back door, the signal disappears & I had to use my mobile data which defeats the purpose of having home WiFi!!

I thought having full fibre would be better than what I previously had but no.

I would like to sit outside in the garden when the weather is good but don't want to use up my mobile data when I have full fibre!!

The router is in the exact same place as my previous one was & that one allowed WiFi access when I drove into my drive at the front of the house & when I sat or was working in the back garden.

But the full fibre signal disappears as soon as I step out the door.

Can someone please advise, I'm paying more for an inferior Wi-Fi service & would like to use it outside in my garden like I did with my previous talk talk service.

Can I Just confirm, are you currently using an eero or the wifi hub router please?
