DVA not working

My Grand stream HT801 does not work when I have Network Switch between it and my Eero router. As Eero only just one ethernet out really want a hub, but when I got one the Phone line then says it isn't registered.

Yes, I have taken the Network Switch out, and now the phone line is working

Hi Debbie,

The connection I tried, was from Eero to Network Switch then out of Network Switch to DVA, and this did not work. Changing the ports did not change the outcome

Hi Julian,

No problem. There are 2 ports on the eero, in one port connect the DVA (digital voice adapter) and in the other port connect your switch. You can then connect more ethernet devices directly at the switch. Does this work?
