    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Michelle,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can try this after I finish work, as I work from home, and will come back to you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently my laptop is wired into a switch connecting the the router.&amp;nbsp; I have tried the test directly connected to the router with the same results.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With regards to the ticket:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;REP-14320515, I was told some other tests would be carried out, I have not heard anything.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Shajna&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>My download is under 100M instead of 150M</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ref:&amp;nbsp;REP-14320515&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the past month my download has been under 100M, instead of 150M or there abouts.&amp;nbsp; I ticket was raised last week and I was told some tests and work will be carried out.&amp;nbsp; I have not heard back and my connectivity is still the same. &lt;P&gt;Thank you. I've run a test on the line now which is clear. Can I just confirm, are you currently using an eero? If you are then could you confirm what version of firmware is showing on your eero please?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you also tried powering down both the ONT and the eero for a full 30 minutes?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Michelle,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The router is a Sagecom and not an Eero as I had problems connecting all my devices to the Eero as well as frequent dropouts.&amp;nbsp; The Sagecom router has been fantastic since.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have done the below and it has not made a difference:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Can you please follow these steps:&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;1. Switch your router on if it isn't already&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;2. Locate the reset pinhole button. This is usually on the back or side of your router.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;3. Gently push a pin, a straightened paperclip, or another appropriate item into the hole until you feel a click. Hold it for 30 seconds.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;4. Any lights on the front of the router should turn off and come back on again.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;5. Once your router has fully booted and any lights are on, you can reconnect your devices to your Wi-Fi.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;6. f the power light on your Super Router is red or the light on your Wi-Fi Hub stays solid amber for more than 15 minutes, then your router may be faulty, and you'll need to get in touch so we can look into this for you.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shajna&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Ok thank you for confirming. Would it be possible to try powering the ONT and the router down for a full 30 minutes and then retest again as this will reset the current session? Is it also possible to run a wired speed test directly at the ONT with the router removed so we can see if the speed coming into the ONT is ok?&lt;/P&gt;
