Hi my internet has gone off and the light is red on my eero box ? Can anyone help I start work at 7 from home and need the net , bill is up to date etc , having nothing but trouble with it to be honest

I'm sorry to hear this. Have you tried powering down the ONT and the eero and then retested again?
