Returning router

I left TalkTalk two months ago and still haven’t received a prepaid envelope to return my router. Is there an address I can use to send it to?

However, if you can wait till Tuesday, staff will pick up your post and should be able to order a bag for you.

Or if you need it sooner just phone in on Saturday / use Chat.

Forum staff will need you to complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. That will show them the address to send it to.

Add your former Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information in the profile area. Go via your avatar/name; settings; drop down menu..... SAVE CHANGES.
